Mobile App Guide
The mobile app is the on-call and fast-action surface for ClawButler: five tabs for dashboard, agents, approvals and sessions, insights, and secondary tools under More.
Current status#
Entry and Login#
The app supports both ClawButler Cloud login and direct connection to a self-hosted instance. Profiles are stored separately so operators can switch between environments without mixing credentials.
Cloud login
- Open the welcome screen and choose `Cloud Login`.
- Sign in with your cloud email and password.
- After login, the app opens the five-tab main surface.
Self-hosted connection
- Choose `Connect Self-hosted Instance` from the welcome screen.
- Enter the server URL, run the handshake, and review the capability and infrastructure summary.
- Authenticate with either password or Bearer/API token, then enter the same five-tab surface.
Tab Coverage#
Home
Dashboard summary, urgent approval jump, agent health cards, recent activity, and cost trend snapshots.
Agents
Search and filter agents, then open agent detail for runtime status, configuration summary, and fast investigation.
Ops
Approvals, sessions, and activity in one place. This is the main mobile workflow for on-call review and incident handling.
Insights
Cost and audit views tuned for quick diagnosis instead of full Web-scale analytics authoring.
More
Secondary operator tools: Kill Switch, Health Check, Connectors with Runtime Hosts, Cron Jobs, Tool Monitor, Chat, Memory, Notifications, Settings, and About.
Core Workflows#
Review urgent approvals and drill into sessions
- Use the Dashboard urgent approval card to jump straight into the approval detail page.
- Switch between Pending / Approved / Rejected / All in Ops, then inspect the related approval, session, or activity context.
- Make the final decision in the detail page, then return to the dashboard or the segmented Ops view.
Run fast operator actions from More
- Open `More` to reach Kill Switch, Health Check, Connectors, Runtime Hosts, Cron Jobs, Chat, Memory, and notification tools.
- Use the Connectors screen to inspect connector health and work with runtime-host discovery, pairing approval, batch-add, and session sync.
- Use Kill Switch only for emergency intervention; it keeps the double-confirm pattern.
Manage profiles and notification behavior
- Use `Notification Settings` to toggle channels, quiet hours, and cooldown.
- Open `Profiles` to switch between cloud and self-hosted environments.
- Long-press a non-active profile to remove it and clear its stored credentials without affecting other profiles.
